God gave us a gorgeous day in Greenpark for the (hopefully annual?) parish picnic. We began with some rousing worship thanks to Alec, Robyn and Surida, and were encouraged by Mark's sermon to see ourselves again through God's eyes. After the service we enjoyed our picnic lunches and kicked off a few games. French Cricket, three-legged race, tug-o-war, a very fruitful treasure hunt, and even some horse rides. Thanks be to God for the beautiful day, thanks be to the Greenpark Community Centre for hosting us, and thanks be to you for coming and enjoying the day.

We're thrilled to be celebrating summer with a parish picnic. Keep the 29th January free, and see below for more details.
How lovely it was to have a number of full and fun Christmas services. A huge thanks to Liz Hewitt for organising the decorating of the church and leading the magnificent choir pictured above.
