ALPHA Alpha is a 12-week course designed to give an overview of the Christian faith. If you've ever wondered what we're all about, this is a great way to find some answers. An Alpha course is run reasonably regularly in the parish, so please contact us if you'd like to find out details about our next one. Or click here to see some of the incredible table decorations!
BIBLE STUDY A parish Bible study group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7:30. The Ven. Mark Barlow is currently leading us on a detailed journey through The Book of Revelation. All are welcome. Please contact us for the address.
BIBLE IN SCHOOLS A few of our faithful assist local schools with the Bible in School ministries. If you'd like to learn more about what they do, or if you're keen to help out, contact the vicar.
PRISON MINISTRY Bringing hope and grace to those imprisoned has long been part of the Christian mission. A small team from St Paul's, Tai Tapu make monthly visits to the prisons. SUNDAY SCHOOL St Stephen's in Lincoln holds Sunday School classes each week with an attendance ranging from 2-20 children a week. You can expect a creative and fun interactive session looking at the reading of the day. At all of our other churches you'll find a space and some activities for children to feel at home with.
PRAYER MEETING All are welcome to the Parish prayer meeting held every Friday at 9am. We come together to pray the 'Daily Office' and lift up prayers for the sick, the local community, the church, and the world. Mark also makes some pretty good coffee!
MEN'S BREAKFAST The men of the Parish get together once a month for a social breakfast. This usually happens on the third Saturday of the month, but always at a different cafe. We'd love to have you join us. Simply contact Barry Allport for more information.
WOMEN'S BREAKFAST The women of the Parish get together once a month for a social breakfast. This usually happens on the third Saturday of the month, but always at a different cafe. We'd love to have you join us. Please contact the parish office for further information.
